Nachdem ich mir die betreffende Sex and the city Szene mit der Katie/Hubbell Diskussion nochmal angeschaut habe, bin ich draufgekommen, dass die SatC Damen meinen, dass es zwei verschiedene Arten von Frauen gibt:
“The world is made up of two types of women – the simple girls and die Katie-girls.”
So eine ähnliche Feststellung gibt es auch in Harry und Sally als Harry zu Sally sagt:
“There are two kinds of women high maintenence and low maintenence.”
Und als Sally ihn fragt, zu welchem Typ er sie zählt, meint er: “You’re high maintenence but you think your’re low maintenence.” Was sie abstreitet, darauf wieder Harry: “You don’t see that? Waiter, I’ll begin with a house salad, but I don’t want the regular dressing. I’ll have the Balsamic vinegar and oil, but on the side. And then the Salmon with the mustard sauce, but I want the mustard sauce, on the side. On the side is a very big thing for you.”
Natürlich sehr vereinfachend, das Ganze, aber auch ziemlich witzig.
